Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a big TV, but unfortunately, I faced some issues being too close to my neighbors and noticing a bit of dust along with a few bugs. The city view room didn't quite live up to a river view due to the parking garage. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but it seemed to lack consistency based on the busyness of the day. The location was great for exploring the area, though navigating the one-way streets posed a challenge for parking. The dining experience had its highs and lows with fast and delicious dishes but an expensive and lackluster breakfast. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff was great, the rooms were very comfortable, the food and drinks were excellent, and the view from my room was awesome. The oyster bar and beer garden were both highlights of my experience.
The room was well maintained and clean, offering comfortable accommodation but with views facing an unattractive building and an alley below. We made reservations for four adults but lacked a table in the room for meals, which was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel had stunning, clean, and comfortable rooms, although it could have been a little cooler. The service was very professional and respectful, with friendly staff resolving any quality issues. The location was perfect for easy access to Riverwalk and Alamo, but dining was considered expensive. The facilities were well-maintained, offering home-made muffins.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The lobby area looked great, but the room was not the cleanest, which was disappointing considering the price we paid. Although the room wasn't ready when we arrived, the check-in process was smooth. It seems like the room must have been out of service before we got there.
